Fall FestivalsSeptember has arrived and that means the official start of Fall is just around the corner. The Autumnal Equinox, the day where there are 12 hours of light and 12 hours of dark, will occur on September 23rd this year. The Northern Hemisphere will start to see shorter days and longer nights and Southern Hemisphere will see the opposite take place.
One of the most enjoyable activities to do during this season involves Festivals. There are a veritable cornucopia of Fall Festivals to choose, from the largest metropolitan city to the smallest rural potato farm town. A family can plan any type of extended vacation, a short trip or weekend activity around these events and be sure to have a great time.
